Accountant & HR Executive

Responsibilities:

HR
*Processing of employment contracts, staff confirmation and other related documents *Preparation of IR8A and related documents *Recruitment and Selection *Training and Development *Employee Relations *Staff Welfare *Workplace Health and recreation programmes *Organizational Development *Maintain Employees personal records and payroll *Office equipments maintenance *Awareness creation for quality management system *To continuously strive for improvements in working procedures and systems in Admin / HR *To organize training and maintain employee training records *Oversee Employees ' insurance – workmen compensation, PA, H & S, etc *Must ensure employees leave applications are updated and review their monthly annual leave and medical leave balances *Processing of payroll, CPF, FWL submission must be done on time *Work permit & Employment pass application and renewal of employees

Finance
*To generate monthly payments to vendors, Telecoms, Power Supply, Rental, etc
*To handle AP
*Responsible for full set of accounts using MYOB
*Payroll matters
*Filing of accounting documents
*To ensure accuracy in documentations
*To meet Accounts deadlines
*Fixed Assets Register
*Inventory Control
*Generate required reports for Management review
*To review expiry of maintenance contracts for related equipments (Air con/ Copier / Fax / Printer)
*To purchase and sourcing of stationeries, printing of forms, etc
*To achieve high level of accuracy in issuing cheques, cash, verification of Suppliers' invoices before posting
*Responsible for Company secretarial, audit & taxation matters and all statutory filings.
*Responsible for tax filing including VAT, Business Tax and Corporate Income Tax. Liaise and communicate directly with tax authorities on all tax matters.
*In depth knowledge of statutory tax requirements and filing procedures.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
*Diploma in Accounting/HR
*Able to work immediately
*Only Singaporeans and PR need apply

Knowledge & Skills:
*Knowledge of MYOB & MYOB Payroll is a must
*Microsoft Office, Email, PowerPoint
*A team worker
*Good communication skill
*High integrity and commitment
*Initiative and self-motivated
*Familiar with Employment Act
